Jack Rose~Calvados-based sweet and sour cocktail~

The ingredients used for this cocktail is Calvados (brandy made from apples), and it is sometimes called "Applejack" in the United States.

It was named Jack Rose because it is a rose-colored cocktail made from applejack.

  • 11/2oz Calvados
  • 1/2oz Lime juice
  • 1tsp Grenadine syrup
  • 1tsp Sugar syrup

I used both grenadine syrup and sugar syrup this time, but depending on the recipe, only grenadine syrup is used.

Also, when it was still difficult to get lime in Japan, lemon was used as a substitute for lime, so there are recipes that use lemon.

 

How to make Jack Rose

1.Pour the ingredients.

Pour 1 1/2oz Calvados.
